Looking for a plot to buy

We are looking for a plot to buy in the area between Ruwa and Rusape. The plot has to be between 1 acre and 1 hectare (or 2.5 acres) in size, with easy access to the main Harare - Mutare highway. We are looking to spend no more than US$30,000 to be funded from the sale of our current plot in Juliasdale, Nyanga. Should anyone have knowledge of any new developments within this area, or if you know of anyone who is willing to sell us a portion of their land please let us know. We are open to any idea or arrangement that will secure us the land.
